WHAT:
Invisible Ink Tattoo Removal center in Minneapolis is celebrating its store opening on Saturday, December 6th with a two-hour live remote with DJ Fallon! During this grand opening event, tickets will be given away to the Jingle Ball (http://www.kdwb.com/go/jingleball2014/).
Invisible Ink centers are an accessible, professional storefront location with a sole focus on tattoo removal. The centers offer medically supervised procedures by tattoo-friendly clinicians who are trained to use PicoSure®, the FDA-approved and most advanced laser technology available for safe removal. This is the third center to open in the United States this year (others in Pittsburgh, PA and Richmond, VA).

We know, we keep saying it - but the growth here at Invisible Ink is just so amazing and we are so happy to now have opened our doors in #Richmond, VA! And, to give you a little insight into those smiling faces that will be standing behind the desk once you walk in... today's blog post features Shea Rogers, our Richmond Clinic Manager.
Shea has 15 years management experience, and the last 7 of those years were in the cosmetic esthetics industry. She's fresh 'off the boat' from Washington DC; moving back to Richmond to work for Invisible Ink.
What is Shea's passion behind her work at Invisible Ink? A:" I love being apart of changing peoples lives, building relationships with clients, going above and beyond to make sure we have 100% client satisfaction, I'm very much a people person."
We asked Shea what the reason she made the move to come work for us at Invisible Ink... her answer: "I was looking for opportunities in Richmond, VA - but, the biggest interest for me was that I felt I had mastered the industry I was already in, and I was looking for a new challenge. I wanted to find something that I could incorporate my existing knowledge and transfer it into a brand new venture."
Q: What's your favorite part about Invisible Ink, so far?
A: "I like working with the executive team we have on board. They're so friendly, engaging - helpful and positive. Another thing that really interested me in coming to Invisible Ink was that it's a start up, I love the aspect of building a business from the ground up."
We asked Shea what the best part about the tattoo-removal process was - in her eyes, "I really enjoy watching the process of removal, in general - from beginning to end. It's great to see the PicoSure Laser and its newest technologies hard at work!" --- We couldn't agree more, Shea!
Shea explains for the future that the "sky is the limit" for Invisible Ink in Richmond, VA... "We're the 3rd most tattooed city in America. The removal opportunities here are endless!"

Good afternoon, Invisible Ink Readers!
This week, we have a treat for you! We're featuring Ashley, our Minneapolis Center Manager and, detailing her journey before becoming apart of our team. Plus, the details - once she was under our #InvisibleInk wing! Pretty cool, read on - below.
Ashley is no stranger to skincare - she's been in the industry for 10 years, a licensed Esthetician since 2005, she's worked in both, Minnesota & in Manhattan. Ashley learned a lot by working in NYC. She obtained extensive Skincare training; and once she moved back to Minnesota she made a change in her path, and jumped into Management. Ashley's been working the Spa Management scene since 2007. Right before joining our Invisible Ink team, Ashley was the manager at a leading Spa-Skincare company. Ashley's experience is unparalleled!
Q: Why did you choose to make the move to Invisible Ink?
A: I wanted something new with Invisible Ink, I wanted to be back in the business of changing lives. I'm a big nerd, and lasers have always appealed to me - I picked up the science behind the technique and now, I love it even more.
Ashley's favorite part about working with Invisible Ink is hearing the stories behind peoples tattoos and being able to offer them the BEST solution; "...very rarely do you work at a job where you get to say you provide the best. We [Invisible Ink] are top of the line ...and tattoo removal, that's all that we do."
We asked Ashley if there was anything in particular she'd like to share via this blog-post that hadn't already been covered, here response? Amazing: "Our commitment to technology is really going to be what sets Invisible Ink apart - we're always going to have the best possible option for tattoo removal, and I believe that is really key for us. The PicoSure Laser can do a complete removal across the board. We're cleaning up that 40% that is dissatissifed with the old technology damage - Invisible Ink is able to remove those blues and green colors now!

Tattoo Removal is on the rise! Thanks to our Assistant Center Manager in #Pittsburgh - we came across a really cool article via CBS Local. "Forty percent of Americans ages 26 to 40 have at least one tattoo." says Journalist, Mary Robb Jackson.
Wow! 40%, that's almost half of Americans! And it's looking like, 17% of those tattooed... are regretting their choice to ink. (source: CBS Local)

#BadTattoos
Good evening, folks!
We're sailing you into the almost-weekend with this week's ever-so-awesome trending topic: bad tattoos. We've all seem them, and some of us may even have our own! Today's blog post will dive into those 'what were you thinking?' moments, plus our best options & thoughts for removing those bad-boys.
The Face Tattoo. Now, these tattoos aren't particularly popular, they're definitely not ones you see every single day - but they're out there and some of them aren't hard to miss. Like this one, below. UFOs with a colorful backdrop, on his forehead - it definitely looks like the inspiration is there.
This tattoo, for example, would score higher-than-usual marks on our Invisible Ink Anaytics System, the size is quite large - the colors are ...well, colorful & its on the gentleman's face. While this tattoo in particular may take quite some time to take-off, we're sure our PicoSure Laser could handle it with some extra TLC.
This is one of our favorites here at Invisible Ink - we've actually used it on Facebook, plenty... 'No Regerts' -- our only concern is the obvious, spell-check clearly doesn't come standard for which ever artist tattooed this on this person's inner forearm.
Since this tattoo is only black, and placed on a common area of the skin -- 6 treatments or less will definitely clear this one right up. And we just hope, that next time -- there's a word-processor handy...

Good afternoon, Invisible Ink Readers!
Thanks for stopping by, once again. Today we have a special treat for you, we're spotlighting Pittsburgh's own Clinical Manager, Jammie Barnes. This professional woman has a great work ethic, knows her lasers and knows what it means to put a smile on clients faces.
Since joining the laser esthetic field in 2007, she is certified in a wide range of lasers (GMP:Alex and Yag Candella, Zerona, Ematrix, Foto Facial, Skintightening, and VelaShape) and has preformed thousands of laser treatments. Most recently certified on the PicoSure and Revlite SI... those two lasers we here at ii, hold so dear.
Q: What is Jammie's favorite part about working for Invisible Ink?
A: "The Founders and the values of the company. The fact that we, as a company, are committed to helping individuals by removing tattoos they no longer wish to have and to assist them in bettering their lives means so much to me. The impact that we make on individuals lives is life changing. And we have a ton of fun at the same time."
We can tell you, from personal experience, Jammie is one of those most knowledge women we know! And she enjoys spreading that knowledge through the staff she manages and the clients that walk through her doors.
Getting to interact with my team and educate the clients on how the Pico is going to work and then actually getting my hands on the Pico it just a rush for me! And I have been in the laser industry for a very long time and have never felt such excitement!
We had to ask Jammie what her favorite tattoo to evaluate and remove was, thus far - and her answer was absolutely the best, "I don't remove and tell!".
Jammie continues to further her education and laser knowledge by attending yearly courses on new and upcoming technology. Jammie has plans to help the world in so many ways - through her work here with us at Invisible Ink. She's excited to give back to the community of Pittsburgh, keep good karma going all the way through and maintaining a great environment in Robinson. Jammie exclaims, "Truly, the sky is the limit and I am honored to be apart of such a wonderful organization!"

What's Happening!
Good evening, ii Readers - thank you for stopping by!
It's getting exciting around here at Invisible Ink - our Pittsburgh location and all of its following has been going extremely well! We're getting into a groove and starting to pick up that ever-ending momentum. It's only been 8 weeks since we opened those doors, and already we're starting to see that PicoSure laser in great-action, meet new, wonderful people ...and the growth all-around, just continues =)
Check out this picture, posted below - it is a great shot of the progress we're talking about in Pittsburgh. It's a before and after shot, after only TWO Invisible Ink treatments. It typically takes about 6 treatments to remove an average sized tattoo, entirely - and this one is well on its way!
What's next for Invisible Ink Tattoo Removers, you ask?
Well, we are excited to announce the opening of TWO new stores; in two new cities and states! By October 6th, 2014 - Minneapolis will officially be added to our list of stores! Twin Cities here we come.
Where else are we opening our doors?
Richmond, VA - oh yes, to the Southern States we go! The town we're nestled in are so supportive and knowledgable - the store constructing process couldn't have gone better.
